  • 30 - Day Window: All orders can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, provided you have proof of purchase. However, items showing damages due to regular wear are not eligible for replacement.
  • Condition and Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and it should be in its original packaging.

Shipping and Refund Details

  • Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is not included in the refund, unless the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Non - refundable Charges: Shipping costs, as well as additional service charges like gift wrap, are non - refundable.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • After Exchange: Once an exchange is made, the item(s) no longer qualify for refunds.
  • Expired Period: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Free Items from Special Offers: These are final sale items, and returns and exchanges are not available.
  • Non - returnable Items:
    • Gift cards.
    • Personalized products.
    • Sage sticks, candles, and soaps that have been opened or used.
    • Sale items (special offers).

Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item you ordered is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at contact@natureqi.com. We're committed to providing excellent service and ensuring your 100% satisfaction. We value your feedback and would like to know how we can improve. Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may be eligible for a special promo code for 50% off the same item.

Completing Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please note that you should not return your purchase to the address shown on the package.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1 week. Please note that all shipping costs of the original order are non - refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, reach out to your bank as there's often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items

Only regular - priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@natureqi.com.

Gifts

  • Gifted Items Marked as Such: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Non - Gift - Marked Items: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

Returns Without Label

  • Shipping Responsibility: You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non - refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • Shipping Time and Method: The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. You may use your own shipping method, but we highly recommend using a shipper that provides a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment, and you should retain this number for your records. NatureQi is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non - trackable carrier.
